Craig Grams is a seasoned Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner and instructor with over two decades of experience on the mat. His BJJ journey is rooted in tradition, beginning under the legendary Grandmaster Carlson Gracie Sr., where he developed a deep respect for the fundamentals and fighting spirit that define the art.

Throughout his progression, Craig has trained under some of the most influential figures in modern Jiu-Jitsu. He earned his blue belt under the renowned Marcelo Garcia, considered one of the most technical and accomplished grapplers in history.

He also spent time learning from Robert Drysdale, a world champion and ADCC gold medalist known for his powerful and precise approach to Jiu-Jitsu.

Since 2009, Craig has been a dedicated student of Professor Marcio “Pé de Pano” Cruz, a multiple-time IBJJF World and ADCC Champion. Under Marcio’s mentorship, Craig has continued to refine his technique and philosophy, earning his brown belt from Marcio and embracing the role of both student and teacher.

As an instructor, Craig is known for his clear communication, technical precision, and ability to connect with students of all ages and experience levels. Whether he's teaching beginners or advanced athletes, his focus remains on helping others grow both on and off the mat. His classes emphasize strong fundamentals, fluid movement, and the mental discipline that BJJ fosters in everyday life.

Craig’s passion for Jiu-Jitsu goes beyond competition—he is committed to sharing the transformative power of the art and helping others become the best versions of themselves through consistent training, humility, and community.
